Welcome to round 4,620 of Microsoft vs. Apple. This time we will be comparing bad commercials to see who had the absolute worst.

First up - Geek vs Business executive. The geeks will be representing Microsoft, the business executives will be representing Apple. Warning: Apple is cheating in this one by hiring Kevin Costner. (Watch how he uses a mouse!)

Now let's see who has consumed more drugs! Apple has chosen pot, Microsoft has chosen speed.

By far and away, I have to say number two (MSDOS-5 Upgrade) was the most painful thing I've ever seen in my life. Yes, number 5 is a terrible commercial in its own right, but it's just not up to the task of making me want to gouge out my eyes, grind them into the pavement, and then light the remnants on fire like only number two can.

I agree with Jerod. #2 is the worst. However, I couldn't stop watching it.

Glad to know I'm not the only one that can't turn away from a train wreck! About 1 1/2 minutes into it, I was thinking "why the HELL am I still watching this!?!?!?". I didn't sleep well last night thinking about it. :D

Y'know what bothers me? I mean what really bothers me? Why did Microsoft single out Nebraska?! Why was it only $99 EXCEPT in Nebraska, and why was there no explanation of how people in Nebraska could get Windows?!

Is Nebraska the bastardized state? Is it the one that everyone in the US speaks of in hushed tones, as if it were the bastardized crack addicted emo sibling who might be dating cousin Bertha with 1 tooth?

I just don't understand...poor Nebraska...
