Landing gear stuck - listen to the audio from the cockpit
I listen to the Fly With Me podcast with Joe. He managed to get his hands on some of the cockpit-tower discussion when the pilot got warnings from his nosewheel. What strikes me, and Joe makes a point of, is the absolute professionalism of the pilot in this case. He made such a great effort to communicate clearly and concisely with the homebase and engineering teams on the ground, somewhat in contrast to operator on the ground he was talking with most. What is also interesting is that the engineering ......

Worms, Virusses and Botnet animated movie
http://www.waarschuwingsdie... The Dutch site “Waarschuwingsdienst.... (Warningservice) (A part of the Dutch ministry of Economics) has made this animated movie in both Dutch and English. It shows, in an entertaining way, what the threat is from Virusses, Worms, Bots, and how your pc can be turned into a zombie pc. I recently posted about my initial experiences with IBM hardware and their website in particular, and these experiences where not exactly.. good. I found very little about IBM in the blogosphere, so I felt that if I made IBM aware that ......

Fixed comments on my blog
The Technorati script in the sidebar of my blog turned out the be the reason no one could comment on my blog posts. The script was hanging and stopping other code on the page to load, most notably the comment stuff. I removed the Technorati script alltogether, as I didn’t feel it was giving any added value anyhow. Instead I have added some script for, which lists the last 5 links I have bookmarked, neat! I am also thinking about replacing all those old static blogroll links with ......
