Continuous Integration

Over the next 14 weeks I'm going to be (among other things) putting together a continuous integration stack for a company that is in the process of re-writing two different legacy apps.


If you have experience putting Cruise Control dot Net together with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server I'm going to be looking to hear from you.


I'm hoping that I will have nothing but, "wow that was easy" to give you all.

Bugs get fixed, Backlog gets tracked
I ran across an interesting idea recently from Mary and Tom Poppendieck's "Implementing Lean Software Development" Tracking bugs is a waste, don't do it. I can hear you saying, "What flavor of crack are they smoking" Not to worry, I was thinking the same thing. But after letting it percolate for a bit, I'm starting to be a convert.
