Saturday feelin' like a Monday

So before I dive into my extended work week, I thought I'd blog a bit about the week that was here at Geeks with Blogs. Let's take a peek shall we?

I just want a HAMMER!
Uri Goldstein has a great post about an article on Joel on Software talking about frameworks and how silly the whole framework-movement can be.

Ooooo, look at me...I have a Motarola Q!
Yeah yeah Driss, we get it: You have a Motarola Q...rub it in our faces why don't you! ;) But seriously, Driss, has a great post about his initial experiences with the new Blackberry-killer and is planning on sharing more as he develops with it. You can read the post here.

I'm a Hot Toe Picker
Yes Chris Williams, yes you are...(read it here)

Moley Moley Moley!
Thanks to Aaron Feng for blogging about an article written by Steve Eichert that talks about their experiences as an agile team. Lots of great real-world stuff there, and I'm going to spend some time reading Steve's earlier posts. Aaron talks about how they incorporate a little game where someone is “the mole”, or as we'd probably call it: the PM's Beyatch ;) Read it here.

I can't believe the news today...
Thanks Lance for this post...too funny.

Best Practice Analyzer for ASP.NET
Thanks to Matthew Podwysocki for posting about this great free tool for web devs. Read it here.

GWB WoW Guild
John and Jeff have provided us with our own guild for the WoW players out there! Read it here.

New Microsoft Marketing Ploy: Flood Blog Communities with MS Girls who play WoW
Yes Virginia, there are girls who play WoW...but do we know their REAL motives? Read it here.

There were other great posts, but I dont' want to just rehash the main feed...these are just some of the highlights I found over the past week. Now that I've fully procrastinated diving into my extended work week by an hour, its time to jump back into .NET 1.1 and FUN WITH DATASET DRIVEN ARCHITECTURE!
