AgileThought Review | Chicago CodeCamp | TechEd 2011

I’ve had great first quarter working with AgileThought in the Tampa, FL office.

Are you still moving in the direction you set out on or have your plans shifted?

If there is a change, are you still in the right place to do so?

Those were the questions I asked myself, before I began my transition. I’ve spend considerable amount of time thinking of where I am taking my career [different story for a different post] and decided to continue my story at AgileThought. I’ve met with the senior leadership to make sure that their view of the future is close to mine and they proved to be visionary. I can assure you that I did my homework to ensure this company rocks and has amazing plans!

Both Tampa and Chicago offices are looking for talented software developers and other staff.

If you have seen me around developer events this year, you have surely heard me rave about the Tampa office and the work we do at AgileThought.

There a few key differentiators of AgileThought in my opinion:

  • Hand picked teams of talented technologists
  • Genuine care for the product quality
  • Genuine care for the customer

How? you ask we do so, here is how:

  • Phenomenal Client Relations department
  • Leadership who are developers by trade
  • Business Development ran by one of our past customers (!)
  • Technical Architect team that actually talks to each other regularly
  • Brand new Creative Services department who is already igniting clients

Let’s talk about Chicago – a growing market that is very hungry for great people with plenty of work to be done.

AgileThought has been in the Chicago market since the beginning, over 7 years go. A brand new office space in ‘the Loop’ was literally just finished this April. Now the Chicago office is ready to take on Tampa in growth this year. And that’s saying a lot, since Tampa has just grown closer to 80% in the last 6 months.

Join our 3 Microsoft MVPs and leadership from the Tampa office as we are presenting and sponsoring the Chicago Code Camp 2011 - Saturday, May 14th, 2011 - Grayslake, IL []

If you can’t make it out to Chicago, but still want to meet us, join me at TechEd North America 2011 in Atlanta, GA May 16-19th 2011. I will be staffing the Microsoft Expression station at the Technical Learning Center. Come find out how Expression Blend and SketchFlow can benefit you. Find out more by reading – AgileThought MVP at TechEd.

In conclusion, if you or someone you know is looking to join a talented team of people who really care about software, don’t hesitate to send me a note on LinkedIn or mail: Nikita . Polyakov at AgileThought dot com

I am passionate about what AgileThought is doing and will be taking my time building upon my successes here.
