The Power of Scrum

This Lunch and Learn will introduce Scrum development as an Agile method.  An overview of the Scrum process and roles; advantages / disadvantages of Scrum; tailoring opportunities of Scrum SDLC; and Scrum's relationship to Project Server will be provided. 
 
The session will conclude with a few 'real world' situation examples followed by questions / answers.
Please note that lunch will be provided, so all you have to do is RSVP, mark it your calendar and come ready to experience Microsoft’s Project Management productivity tools.

A consultant with ITR Group, Inc, Jay Steffenhagen has over 15 years of project management and related technology experience ranging from small-scale IT projects to large-scale, muli-million dollar software development projects. 
 
Jay has made technology contributions in the financial services, retail, and defense sectors.  Some of his client companies include Allianz Life, GMAC-RFC, Retek / Oracle, United Defense / BAE Systems, and Texas Instruments, Inc.  Jay currently holds PMP and Certified Scrum Master certifications.
