I think the Code Project people are pissed
It looks like the people over at Code Project didn't like my idea of using their website solely for sharing source code and blogging with GWB (: And that might explain why my latest article about the same topic in Code Project is still not approved for publishing. The splash screen, Crash Marbles
The splash screen wasn't much of a big deal. Just decide on a image to be used as the splash and when the game starts Blt the splash onto the primary surface until the user presses the center key. When he presses the center key, the splash is erased and the usual game logic executes and the game sprites are drawn. Here is what the splash screen looks like: Binged for some random image and used MS Paint, Irfan View and IcoFX to add the text and the water droplet effect. Updated TODO List ......

The todo list
Here I am making a small "todo" list for the game I demoed here. TODO List 1) Change the marble color for evil and the protagonist marble 2) Add a splash screen to the game which shows up when the game starts 3) Allow the user to chose difficulty level, whether he/she wants to make the evil marbles bounce off or pass through each other and other such things. 4) More importantly, do some research on using sounds in the game perhaps using DirectSound.
